Gourmet has a more delicate and subtle taste due to its high moisture content, and it makes the gourmet only needs very little time to transfer its aromatic essence to dishes, perfect for both sweet and savory dishes. Gourmet has no imperfection in its visual; it looks seamless from top to toe.

Extract Vanilla Beans
Vanilla Extract packs a stronger-earthy flavor due to its lower moisture profile which robust the Vanilli enzymes in the bean. The lower moisture level of Vanilla Extract is suitable for food with a longer shelf-life.
Cuts Vanilla Beans
Cuts Vanilla contains lower moisture levels than Gourmet and Vanilla Extract. Its moisture level makes the Cuts Vanilla preferable for commercial use, such as vanilla powder or processed vanilla extracts. Besides the moisture level, the Cuts Vanilla infuses delightful flavor and aroma equally as well as the rest of the vanilla.
