Optimizing the integration of vanilla plantations from cultivation, processing, and marketing, we focus on understanding and ensuring the value of each bean to bring the only authentic Indonesian vanilla flavors across the nation.

Mexican farmers were first using bees to breed vanilla beans. Today, vanilla beans around the world are primarily bred by hand. Vanilla flower blooms once a year, specifically for only a few hours. It’s a work of art that requires patience, perseverance, and passion.

Extraordinary Details

The logogram is inspired by the meticulous hand labor needed to produce high quality vanilla beans. Using the shape of a hand to represent the craftmanship, and each stroke is represented by the shape of vanilla beans, with the five strokes representing the five petals of the vanilla plant.

Sourced from Tanjung Lesung plantations with local farmers, our vanilla beans are meticulously sorted by weight, size, and age post-harvest. Customized processing methods follow based on bean quality

Washing

Washing

The workers will carefully separate the beans from dust, excess soil, and unwanted items. After draining the beans from excess water, the vanilla is ready for the next step.

Dipping

Dipping

Beans are immersed in heated water of chosen quality, time, and temperature. This prompts the release of two enzymes, yielding vanillin - the key element of extracting vanilla’s aromatic sweetness.

Fermenting

Fermenting

The two enzymes will strengthen the vanilla scent by fermenting the beans in a dark, air-tight container within the specified time.

Drying

Drying

At this stage, the beans need to be dried under the sun exposure to ensure the beans are dried evenly, prevent beans from having mold, and strengthen the vanilla aroma.

Conditioning

Conditioning

The beans are now ready for the final preparation and kept inside a tight-closed room to balance the moisture and vanillin content.

Under the highly-supervised plantation process, every bean is well-monitored to bring the only authentic Indonesian vanilla flavors across the nation. Using the modern horticulture of Growth Media, we ensure to support each vanilla bean by providing a medium that allows the beans to grow in an optimum environment, having adequate air storage, getting nutrients, and absorbing optimal water for their growth.

PAB uses laboratory support to perform an experimental study and data storing in the development phase. Currently, there are two functions in the PAB laboratory: support the plantation and product research.
